Strategic Client Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Client Success Manager to join our team at Updater. As a key member of our Client Success team, you will be responsible for guiding our top-tier clients through the onboarding process, setting the stage for adoption and advocacy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customized onboarding plans for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition to our HomeSafe Connect solution.
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, providing guidance on best practices and helping them achieve excellent value from our platform.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive strategy and improve processes, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor and track client progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted engagement strategies to drive growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for their success.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Client Success and/or Account Management, with a proven track record of driving growth and retention.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Experience working with VP and C-level executives, with a deep understanding of their business needs and goals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
