Role Summary:

We are seeking a Strategic Growth Consultant to serve as a Chief Marketing Officer for several of our key clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Growth Marketing, combining analytical skills with creativity and strategic thinking. Experience across various marketing channels and product management is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as an on-demand CMO for selected brands.
  • Oversee brand objectives and growth metrics, providing regular updates on business performance.
  • Lead the planning and execution of growth marketing initiatives aimed at customer acquisition, retention, and brand visibility across various platforms including paid social, search engine marketing, SEO, and email.
  • Analyze client data to uncover opportunities for testing and optimization in acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Implement project timelines and budgets to meet all marketing goals efficiently.
  • Maintain communication regarding progress and activities with clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with both internal and external teams to meet client KPIs and objectives.
Qualifications:
  • A proven growth marketing professional with over 5 years of experience in digital marketing and product growth, preferably in D2C or B2B SaaS.
  • Experience managing the entire acquisition and lead generation funnel, with a track record of performance reporting.
  • Strong familiarity with both top-of-funnel and bottom-of-funnel marketing strategies.
  • Experience managing third-party relationships and presenting results to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to lead comprehensive marketing campaigns, taking ownership of outcomes and insights, while reporting on strategic growth metrics.
  • Proficient in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to convey data-driven narratives.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience managing Facebook Ads and Google Ads with substantial budgets.
  • Strong project management capabilities are essential.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools like Hubspot and Salesforce.
  • A curious mindset with a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Outstanding storytelling abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience collaborating with Product, Data Science, and Performance Marketing teams.
  • At least 2 years of experience in product marketing.
  • Entrepreneurial experience with team management is a significant advantage.
  • Familiarity with tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or other Customer Data Platforms.
  • Experience in developing and executing SEO and content marketing strategies.
  • Basic front-end coding experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, including a foundational understanding of databases, SQL, and Python, along with knowledge of marketing analytics tools.
