**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled **Strategic Director, Growth Initiatives** to join our team at PDX. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that engage customers, prospects, and stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Develop short and long-term integrated marketing and experience strategies that align with client objectives and drive business growth.
  • Define strategic solutions to complex and ambiguous client problems, leveraging data and insights to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
  • Lead and manage strategy creation and implementation across multiple clients, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with the Account Services team to develop strategy briefs and ensure alignment with client goals and objectives.
  • Develop and lead the development of strategies for client campaigns and projects, providing direction to Creative, Media, Data Intelligence, and Technology teams.
  • Define and manage strategy roadmaps, aligning campaigns and programs to drive client outcomes and business growth.
  • Oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns using marketing technology platforms, ensuring effective execution and optimization of results.
  • Review and provide input on creative and development phases to ensure alignment with client and project strategy.
  • Evaluate results of marketing programs and experience journeys, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Develop and deliver strategic client presentations that showcase expertise and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, reports, and consumer trends, using insights to inform strategy and drive innovation.
  • Support the generation of new business and revenue opportunities through strategic development and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Lead day-to-day work planning and career management of direct reports, fostering a culture of growth and development.
**Requirements:**
  • 7+ years of experience in creating, leading, and selling through digital, direct, and/or integrated marketing strategies and solutions.
  • Advanced understanding of integrated marketing principles, including digital, direct, brand, and data-driven marketing.
  • Hands-on experience using marketing technology platforms that manage digital advertising, media audience integration, DCO, CRM, customer communications, and e-commerce.
  • Ability to assess and analyze client objectives, producing and recommending appropriate solutions.
  • Experience using data to segment audiences and deliver personalized and targeted marketing and experiences.
  • Strong research and analysis skills, with the ability to synthesize information from various sources.
  • First-rate conceptual, visual, and writing skills, with superior oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven client management skills and service orientation, with the ability to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a flexible, dynamic, and fast-paced environment, with a proactive and independent mindset.
