WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING AS A COMMUNITY OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

Support our properties and teams in a vital capacity by representing us to residents, staff, and agency partners.

Assist in managing daily property operations and ensure financial objectives and compliance standards are achieved.

Support our leasing team; conduct leasing and move-in processes for each property as required.

Oversee our re-certification process, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

Conduct unit inspections to ensure adherence to applicable program standards.

Utilize the property management system to manage all resident transactions.

Issue and deliver resident notifications as necessary – e.g., late payments, returned checks, etc.

Collect rents and supervise building staff as manager-on-duty.

Compensation:
$ / hour

with an annual bonus linked to performance.

Qualifications:

You possess at least a year of experience as a Community Operations Coordinator in the multifamily sector.

Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred but not mandatory.
