Position Overview

At Saatchi & Saatchi, we are seeking a dedicated Office Operations Coordinator to support our Communications Group (Media). The ideal candidate will prioritize operational assistance for multiple team members, ensuring a seamless workflow.

This individual will serve as the go-to resource for company procedures, adeptly managing operations with intelligence and efficiency. Daily collaboration with the Media team is essential, reporting directly to the Executive Director of Media. A high level of discretion and professionalism is expected at all times.


Work Environment

Saatchi & Saatchi embraces a hybrid work model, requiring in-office attendance three days a week and remote work for the remaining two days.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Address the daily scheduling requirements of team members, ensuring smooth operations throughout the workday.
  • Collaborate with Executive Assistants across departments to enhance communication and information flow.
  • Assist with onboarding processes and related responsibilities.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments efficiently.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports, car logs, and other necessary documentation.
  • Organize both in-person and virtual departmental events.
  • Develop presentation materials for internal and client meetings.
  • Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with care.
  • Support leadership teams with resource allocation and budgeting tasks.

Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.
