Human Resources Coordinator

The HR Coordinator - Salaried Candidate Care plays a crucial role in supporting the hiring and onboarding efforts of salaried candidates. This position partners closely with Recruiters, Human Resources, and Operational managers to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize HR systems to generate offer letters and respond to questions/concerns received from Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and/or Recruiters.
- Assist with tracking and initiating offer incentives such as car allowance and relocation.
- Support the implementation of an applicant tracking system for salaried recruitment.
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and social media.
- Assist hiring managers with managing internal and external job postings.
- Update and/or edit job requisition data as necessary.
- Superuser for the applicant tracking system.
- Provide system administration support for hiring managers.
- Update source data and templates as necessary.
- Produce ad hoc recruiting reports as necessary.
- Report any potential data integrity issues to supervisor.
- Trouble shoot and resolve applicant inquiries and questions.
- Escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders.
