Role Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the Galderma Aesthetics team and act as the primary liaison regarding the financial implications of the Aspire loyalty program, which encompasses both consumers and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accountability for the P&L impact of the Aspire loyalty program, collaborating closely with the marketing director of Aspire.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and investigation of trends for key P&L lines in comparison to competitive and historical data.
  • Examine and assess trends for KPIs, process efficiency, cash flow, and liabilities, identifying and quantifying risks from the analyses.
  • Forecast the impact of discounts and rebates on the P&L.
  • Model various pricing and consumer loyalty program scenarios.
  • Calculate true-ups on liabilities for discounts and rebates.
  • Forecast the consumer loyalty program's impact on the P&L and provide updates to the marketing director of Aspire.
  • Assist in promotion planning, including liability calculations, pre-ROI assessments, and integrating financial information into promotion approval documentation.
  • Ensure accurate financial accounting for pricing and the Aspire loyalty program.
Qualifications
  • A degree in finance and/or accounting is required; a Master's degree in finance, MBA, or CPA is preferred.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, and/or planning within a corporate environment.
  • Experience in healthcare buy-and-bill, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or business-to-business-to-consumer models is preferred.
  • A proven track record of proactive risk mitigation to consistently deliver on business commitments.
  • Successful experience in P&L management and strong business collaboration.
  • Experience in financial planning and/or analysis within mid-sized and large corporate structures.
