We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Finance Manager to join our team at NextStep Recruiting. This is a dynamic role that will focus heavily on strategy, especially around evaluating capital investments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans.
- Prepare and present financial reports and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related field. MBA and/or certifications a plus.
- 7+ years of progressive financial analysis experience.
- Strong experience analyzing capital investments and creating case studies and recommendations based on financial models.
- Strong Excel skills. Power BI skills a plus.
- Strong presentation skills. Experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Experience in manufacturing, CPG, commodities, or investment banking/consultancy working with such companies.
