Role Summary:

We are currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst who will play a crucial role in evaluating financial data and generating reports that support management in strategic planning, reporting, and financial forecasting.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize advanced financial analysis and cost accounting methodologies to conduct intricate financial evaluations that inform strategic decisions.
  • Assist in the formulation of the organization's operational budget, which encompasses a comprehensive financial strategy and the creation of data visualizations.
  • Engage with stakeholders to produce insightful financial reports and offer guidance and practical solutions regarding financial forecasts.
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc variance analyses presented through written reports, presentations, tables, charts, and graphs.
  • Identify process inefficiencies, recommend best practices, and implement selected solutions.
  • Contribute to specialized projects by providing advanced analytical insights and perspectives to collaborative workgroups.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • 5-8 years of professional experience in financial analysis, reporting, or cost accounting.
  • In-depth knowledge of cost accounting, financial analysis, and/or financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in financial applications for designing and troubleshooting reports.
  • Equivalent education and/or experience may be considered in lieu of the above requirements.
