Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Public Finance Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development of Public Finance business with governments, healthcare, higher education, and other non-profit organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing Public Finance business with governments, healthcare, higher education, and other non-profit organizations.
  • Work closely with Texas Capital Bank professionals who cover the above sectors.
  • Lead/execute analytical efforts in the pursuit of new business opportunities and deal processing.
  • Collaborate with senior and junior team members to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field/experience.
  • Minimum two years of Public Finance experience.
  • Requisite quantitative and analytical skills, including use of industry software.
  • Knowledge of Public Finance credit and rating agency process.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Salesforce and MS Office products (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • FINRA licenses required, or will need to be secured within 120 days of employment.
