Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI is preferred, along with the capability to analyze extensive datasets to discern trends and provide insights. A background in construction finance, including knowledge of Work in Progress (WIP) and Percentage of Completion (POC) methodologies, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Analysis & Reporting: Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to inform strategic decisions, including variance and trend analyses. Prepare and deliver detailed financial reports and forecasts to upper management.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee the annual budgeting cycle and monthly forecasting processes. Track budget performance, identify discrepancies, and suggest corrective measures as necessary.
  • Strategic Planning: Work collaboratively with various teams to formulate and assess business strategies, financial models, and investment prospects.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate financial and operational success. Analyze findings to provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing financial reporting, analysis, and planning processes.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis: Execute special financial analyses and projects as requested by senior leadership or other departments.
