About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to lead our East Coast region. As a leader, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and reducing costs.

Key responsibilities include setting KPI targets, developing and coaching employees, and implementing process improvements. You will work closely with the Service Director Americas to achieve business objectives and contribute to the overall success of the company.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, customer service, and leadership. They will also have experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
