Job Overview

Ruhrpumpen, Inc. is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Northeast territory. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth in this critical region.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong understanding of the pump industry and its applications. You will be able to communicate effectively with customers, identify new business opportunities, and develop and execute strategies to achieve sales goals.

This position requires a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, as well as 5+ years of experience in similar roles selling pump products and services. A strong background in commercial experience within the O&G and other industries is also required. Additionally, excellent communication skills, ability to develop and execute individual business plans, and good understanding of End-User Sales, Distribution Sales are essential for this role.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute individual business plans to drive sales growth in the Northeast territory.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to achieve sales goals.
  • Maintain active relationships with buying influences and In-House personnel, communicating effectively to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Negotiate orders, including technical, commercial, and legal terms and conditions.
