Invoicing Coordinator

Ports America is in search of an Invoicing Coordinator to become a part of their dedicated team. This entry-level role focuses on the precise and prompt processing of a substantial volume of client invoices. The ideal applicant will possess a keen eye for detail and the capability to manage several intricate customer accounts simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate client invoices based on provided information
- Accurately input invoice details into the system
- Review and reconcile billing records
- Maintain knowledge of contractual agreements
- Address customer questions and resolve disputes
- Compile reports and support audit procedures
- Complete additional assigned duties as required
Essential Qualifications:
- Degree in accounting, finance, or business is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Familiarity with ERP software is advantageous
- Capacity to perform well under pressure and adhere to deadlines
Skills and Competencies:
- Robust analytical capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Able to collaborate effectively within a team
- Willingness to work overtime when necessary
