Ports America is in search of an Invoicing Coordinator to become a part of their dedicated team. This entry-level role focuses on the precise and prompt processing of a substantial volume of client invoices. The ideal applicant will possess a keen eye for detail and the capability to manage several intricate customer accounts simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate client invoices based on provided information
  • Accurately input invoice details into the system
  • Review and reconcile billing records
  • Maintain knowledge of contractual agreements
  • Address customer questions and resolve disputes
  • Compile reports and support audit procedures
  • Complete additional assigned duties as required

Essential Qualifications:

  • Degree in accounting, finance, or business is preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Familiarity with ERP software is advantageous
  • Capacity to perform well under pressure and adhere to deadlines
