We are seeking an experienced and talented Account Manager to own, operate, and help define multi-year strategy for a named set of accounts within our Digital Native Business (DNB) Segment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing approximately 3-6 MarTech and AdTech customers with complex infrastructure requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Obsession: Lead a customer-obsessed business that delights our customers.
  • Accelerate Customer Adoption: Accelerate customer adoption through a comprehensive GTM strategy to achieve customer outcomes.
  • Drive Market Share: Drive market share while achieving/exceeding revenue and non-revenue goals.
  • Complex Deal Execution: Demonstrate a history of executing complex deals.
  • Industry Expertise: Become deep in the MarTech and AdTech industries to create and articulate compelling value propositions around AWS Services.
  • Internal Stakeholder Engagement: Leverage relationships with internal stakeholders to further adoption of AWS services in your customer base.
  • Partner Development: Develop and work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption.
Basic Qualifications
  • 7+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud, or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling to both line of business executives and technology executives.

This position is eligible for variable pay via a sales compensation plan. These plans pay according to achievement level against sales targets and/or business objectives.
