Senior Manager of Business Development

As a key member of our Clean Transportation Solutions division, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and new market entry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including OEMs, suppliers, government agencies, and other industry partners.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Coordinate with our CTS Creative Team to identify the need for new, and update existing, marketing materials.
- Lead or support CTS presentations at meetings, webinars, or conventions.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the clean and renewable energy space.
- Work closely with senior management to develop, prioritize, and execute strategies to capture market share and drive business growth.
- Prepare and present regular internal reports on business development activities, market trends, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the electric vehicle and clean energy space.
- Strong understanding of the zero and near-zero emission transportation market (on and non-road), including companies, leaders, industry trends, technologies, and regulatory landscape.
- Proven record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth through strategic initiatives.
- Excellent communication and people skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data and trends.
