Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and adaptable professional for a full-time position providing essential support to the Director of Strategic Partnerships. This role is crucial in enhancing the firm's operations and client engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage intricate schedules and correspondence
- Develop and maintain various documents and databases
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
- Facilitate meetings and assist in event planning
- Create engaging presentations
- Oversee partnership and membership initiatives
- Handle diverse administrative tasks
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 3-5 years of experience in an administrative support role (not limited to law firms)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Flexibility to occasionally work outside standard business hours
- Willingness to travel for meetings and events
