Executive Personal Assistant

A dynamic CEO is in search of an Executive Personal Assistant to deliver comprehensive administrative support on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to executing tasks with precision and a keen eye for detail. This role will not only support the CEO and their family but will also extend assistance to the broader team as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing daily administrative tasks, calendar scheduling, and phone communications.
  • Engage effectively with personnel at all levels, including executives, legal advisors, property managers, and team members.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as answering phones, screening calls, managing mail, and organizing meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, transportation services, event planning, and itineraries for both corporate and personal engagements.
  • Exhibit exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, ensuring follow-through on action items in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organize events and public speaking opportunities.
  • Compose correspondence, emails, and formal letters.
  • Manage data entry and information organization.
  • Run office and personal errands as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to handle sensitive communications and maintain confidentiality with discretion.
  • Outstanding organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good analytical skills, sound judgment, and effective time management.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office, with a willingness to learn new software.
  • A valid Driver's license is required.
  • Prior experience in a personal assistant role is preferred.
