Position Overview:

The Client Account Specialist plays a crucial role in advocating for Green Air's offerings, ensuring they align with the requirements of both our current and prospective clientele. This role emphasizes Commercial Maintenance Programs, particularly focusing on equipment upgrades and replacements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage as a member of the Green Air Sales Team, striving to attract new customers while maintaining relationships with existing ones.
  • Professionally handle direct inquiries regarding Commercial HVACR maintenance agreements, effectively generating leads through various channels such as prospecting, social media initiatives, trade associations, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of HVACR systems at commercial sites to provide accurate time and cost estimates.
  • Deliver comprehensive and relevant solutions to clients through in-person, remote, or hybrid consultations.
  • Obtain pricing for equipment and estimate labor costs for minor projects and equipment replacements.
  • Maintain records of maintenance surveys, quotes, and bid requests using CRM software in a timely manner.
  • Participate in relevant associations that contribute to our growth in targeted commercial sectors.
  • Be prepared for occasional evening and weekend work, collaborating closely with the Service Department and Project Managers for both new and ongoing construction.
  • Offer constructive ideas to enhance the sales and marketing strategies of the company.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets, providing updates to management and utilizing CRM for customer portfolio management.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC sales or B2B sales.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Eager to learn and contribute to team success.
  • Familiarity with a solutions-oriented sales approach.
  • Capability to swiftly address and resolve issues.
  • Motivated to exceed standard job expectations.
  • Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
  • Reliable transportation is required, along with the ability to pass a national background check.
  • Physical capability to stand, bend, and navigate tight spaces.
  • Aptitude to work effectively in various weather conditions.
Compensation Structure:
  • Base salary plus commission.
  • Commission rates applicable for:
    - New Preventative Maintenance Contracts
    - New Equipment Changeouts/Small Projects
    - Changeouts/Small Projects under Maintenance
  • Company vehicle or vehicle allowance.
  • Gas card provided.
