Reports to: VP of Sales
FLSA Status: Non-exempt (eligible for overtime pay)
Work Location: On-site
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (with occasional overtime and some flexibility)
Position Overview:
The Client Account Coordinator oversees the complete customer ordering process, which involves collaboration with various departments, document management, addressing initial customer inquiries, and resolving issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales communications and ensure timely updates to customers regarding order status and inquiries
- Process all orders using SAP software
- Maintain workflow for order and production sheets
- Identify and rectify order discrepancies as necessary
- Process, audit, and organize various documents promptly
- Update and track shipping schedules
- Participate in daily production meetings
- Adjust customer pricing in SAP as required
- Provide informed responses to questions regarding products, pricing, delivery, and availability
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Preferred 4 years of experience in customer-facing roles
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and SAP Business One is advantageous
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong time management abilities with a proven track record of meeting deadlines
- Commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
