FLSA Status: Non-exempt (eligible for overtime pay)

Work Location: On-site

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (with occasional overtime and some flexibility)

Position Overview:

The Client Account Coordinator oversees the complete customer ordering process, which involves collaboration with various departments, document management, addressing initial customer inquiries, and resolving issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales communications and ensure timely updates to customers regarding order status and inquiries
  • Process all orders using SAP software
  • Maintain workflow for order and production sheets
  • Identify and rectify order discrepancies as necessary
  • Process, audit, and organize various documents promptly
  • Update and track shipping schedules
  • Participate in daily production meetings
  • Adjust customer pricing in SAP as required
  • Provide informed responses to questions regarding products, pricing, delivery, and availability
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred 4 years of experience in customer-facing roles
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and SAP Business One is advantageous
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong time management abilities with a proven track record of meeting deadlines
  • Commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
