Position Overview:

The Client Account Specialist plays a crucial role in advocating for Green Air's offerings, ensuring that they align with the requirements of both current and prospective clients. This role is primarily centered around Commercial Maintenance Programs, including the replacement of equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Core Duties:
  • Actively engage as a member of the Green Air Sales Team, consistently seeking new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
  • Professionally handle direct inquiries regarding Commercial HVACR maintenance agreements, effectively generating leads through various channels such as prospecting, social media initiatives, trade associations, and referrals. Conduct surveys and document HVACR equipment at commercial sites to provide accurate time and cost estimates.
  • Deliver comprehensive and meaningful solutions to clients through in-person, remote, or hybrid meetings. Acquire pricing for equipment and estimate labor costs for minor projects and equipment replacements.
  • Monitor maintenance surveys, quotes, and bid requests through CRM software in a timely manner. Demonstrate a willingness to participate in relevant associations that contribute to our growth in targeted commercial sectors.
  • Availability for occasional evening and weekend work may be required. Collaborate closely with the Service Department and Project Managers for both new and existing construction projects.
  • Offer constructive ideas to enhance the Company's sales and marketing strategies.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Provide input on objectives, keep management updated on reports, and utilize CRM for managing customer portfolios.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC sales or B2B sales.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and contribute to team development.
  • Understanding of a solutions-oriented sales approach.
  • Capability to troubleshoot issues promptly.
  • Motivation to exceed basic job expectations.
  • Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
  • Reliable transportation is required, along with the ability to pass a national background check.
  • Physical ability to stand, bend, and maneuver in confined spaces.
  • Ability to work effectively in various weather conditions.
Compensation Structure:
  • Base salary plus commission.
  • Commission rates for:
    - New Preventative Maintenance Contracts
    - New Equipment Changeouts/Small Projects
    - Changeouts/Small Projects under Maintenance.
  • Company vehicle or vehicle allowance.
  • Inclusion of a gas card.
