In this position, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, acting as a vital link between them and our service department. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service and support during the entire service process.
- Coordinating service appointments efficiently to meet customer needs.
- Engaging with customers to accurately assess their RV repair or maintenance requirements.
- Documenting repair orders with precise and comprehensive details regarding necessary services.
- Advising customers on additional products and services that can enhance their RV experience.
- Clearly articulating technical issues and proposed solutions to customers.
- Performing other tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service is essential.
- Familiarity with RV or automotive service writing is advantageous.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
