Job Summary

International Computer Sciences Inc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Desk Technician - Tier 2 to join our team. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients, ensuring that their technical issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and network configurations
  • Manage and prioritize technical queries from clients, ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals
  • Experience with IT service management tools and software
