Key Responsibilities:- IT Support: Provide prompt and responsive IT support both in-person and remotely to ensure seamless operations.
- Issue Triage: Identify and triage issues efficiently to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Customer Service: Provide personalized service to end users, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Technical Expertise: Support various desktop environments and manage software applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Onboarding/Offboarding: Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing employees.
- Technical Support: Provide training and support for computer hardware and software to ensure employees are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in computer hardware configuration and Windows operating systems.
- Skills: Strong customer service skills, experience working with ticketing systems, and knowledge of modern operating systems and Microsoft 365 products.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively manage multiple priorities and technical problems.
