Sodexo is in search of a Senior Human Resources Leader to oversee various HR functions for a prominent educational institution. This position is ideal for those who thrive in a vibrant environment filled with opportunities for growth.


The Senior Human Resources Leader will take charge of the implementation, coordination, and administration of HR programs, policies, and procedures for all frontline personnel. They will lead and participate in HR initiatives and special projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.


This role encompasses key HR functions such as Employee Relations, talent acquisition and development, and compliance with legal and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will adeptly manage multiple projects while fulfilling daily responsibilities, demonstrating exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written. A proven track record in managing complex HR organizations across various locations, along with outstanding time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills, is essential.


Preferred Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in Human Resources multi-unit management, providing generalist support for a diverse team of frontline and management-level employees;

- In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and labor laws, including compliance and regulatory matters;

- Experience in Employee Relations and Labor Relations within an HR context;

- Proficiency in managing HRIS and payroll systems, preferably ADP;

- Experience in personnel file maintenance, EEO/AA planning, and OFCCP compliance;

- Background in benefits administration and employee training and engagement;

- Recruitment experience in a high-volume seasonal environment or equivalent;

- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite;

- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience is preferred, along with PHR certification.

- Union experience is advantageous.
