This position will oversee approximately 600 personnel in food service and environmental services across multiple locations.

This role encompasses the management of talent acquisition, employee benefits, training programs, and adherence to compliance standards, with a strong emphasis on strategies aimed at enhancing retention and employee satisfaction.
