Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the administration of HR programs such as compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, investigations, performance, talent management, safety, training, culture and morale.
  • Lead and support of the Human Resource in the daily workflow of the department, constructive feedback performance evaluations, and handling conflicts.
  • Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization’s strategy and compliance needs.
  • Develops and implements the human resources department budget.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the Chief Executive Officer.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or another related field.
  • 5 + years human resources leadership experience.
  • SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR is required.
  • Ability to travel a few times a year within the state of Texas.
  • Must be willing to be in office 4 days a week.
