Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Account Manager to join our team at Sail Internet. As a key member of our commercial sales branch, you will be responsible for growing our business subscriber base in the Bay Area.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, revenue growth, and opportunity analysis, with a proven track record of achieving quotas or goals in the tech, internet services, or real estate industries.

You will be responsible for building and executing account plans, partnering with cross-functional teams, and providing timely reports and updates on opportunity pipelines and forecast.

Responsibilities
  • Grow business subscribers within Sail Internet's network coverage
  • Assess and identify growth areas based on data and analytics
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual target objectives
  • Partner with other cross-functional organizations such as Marketing, Sales, and Engineering
  • Work with Marketing to build target lists
  • Develop and execute account plans
  • Provide timely reports and updates on opportunity pipelines and forecast
  • Represent Sail Internet's products and services in a clear and defined way
  • Engage and qualify internet business service customers
  • Prepare professional, complete, concise, and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other documentation as required for executive-level presentations
Requirements
  • 5+ years of direct sales experience selling in the SMB market
  • 1+ years of experience selling through third-party channels
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Results and goal-oriented, entrepreneurial, and a team player
  • 2+ years selling a technology product in the Bay Area
  • Proven track record of achieving quotas or goals in tech, internet services, or real estate
  • Proficiency in structuring and closing complex deals involving multiple dependencies
  • Exceptional at building long-term business relationships
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with CRM and other software tools
  • Ability to operate in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
  • You must be able to work as a team player in a cross-functional environment
  • Personal integrity
  • Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
  • Strong organizational skills
