Job Description:

Qualitest is seeking a highly skilled Project Account Manager to join their Account Management team. The ideal candidate will have a background in B2B Enterprise Sales, with experience in large deals ($500k+ individual contracts).

Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
2. Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals.
3. Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met.
4. Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.

Requirements:
1. Internship or professional experience in a sales or customer service role.
2. Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Benefits:
Qualitest offers a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $150,000, as well as a range of benefits including health insurance, 401k matching, and access to our QCraft learning and development platform.
