Sales Account Manager

Rohm Semiconductor is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple sales accounts and supporting regional sales teams in performing customer-facing activities, internal opportunity management, and general sales support.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage active vendor list and ensure timely delivery of products to customers
- Enter and maintain sales opportunities in CRM database and consistently meet or exceed metrics related to outbound calls and open pipeline opportunities
- Provide in-depth knowledge of major customers and provide direction to ROHM team members regarding specific customer activities
- Monitor and control cost of field sales activities and ensure Quarterly Business Reviews are conducted at each representative location
- Travel up to 20% (domestic and international) and participate in tradeshows, conferences, and exhibits
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in customer service, account management, or selling
- Demonstrated ability to move leads through entire sales process independently
- Strong proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and intermediate Excel level
- Strong communication abilities, including oral, written, and listening skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and work independently with general supervision
- Experience in the semiconductor or electronics industry
- Bilingual skills in English and Japanese
- Knowledge of industry and market trends
