Account Executive - Direct Sales Role Overview

As a key member of our Direct Sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their success with our technology solutions. Your primary goal will be to drive growth and expansion across existing accounts, while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client facilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective sales strategies
• Provide sales leadership and experience on large, sophisticated opportunities

Requirements:

• At least 5 to 8 years of experience selling technology solutions
• Expert knowledge of market trends that impact our customers
• Outstanding customer management and strategic selling skills
• Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation, and executive presentation skills

Compensation and Benefits:

Dell Technologies is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The Total Target Compensation (TTC) range for this position is $306,000 - $400,000 (includes base salary and commissions with a 60/40 split).
