Petco Sales Solutions Generalist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Solutions Generalist to join our team at Petco. As a Sales Solutions Generalist, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist guests in finding the right products for their pets, and work collaboratively with our team to drive sales and achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a great customer experience by engaging with guests, answering questions, and making product recommendations.
- Assist guests in selecting the right products for their pets, including food, toys, and accessories.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless checkout experience.
- Generate future business by building relationships with guests and understanding their pet care needs.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and drive business results.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- A competitive hourly rate of $15.00 - $22.00.
