Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join our team at Sprague Pest Solutions. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in the pest control industry and driving business growth in the Pasco, WA area.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing people and business operations, with a proven track record of generating new sales, cultivating a sense of community and culture, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the operation and administration of the branch, including delegating tasks and covering pest control routes as needed.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, increase sales, and resolve any customer complaints.
  • Supervise and mentor branch employees, oversee hiring, discipline, training, promotions, and scheduling.
  • Monitor branch financial performance, set business objectives, and implement sales strategies to meet those targets.
  • Oversee and inspect work done by employees to ensure it meets company standards.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in managing people and business operations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Attention to detail and high standards of work quality.
  • Hunger for knowledge and professional development.
  • Competitive approach to both individual and team performance.

Nice to Have:

  • 3+ years' experience in pest management.
  • 1+ years' experience in customer service, retail, food service, or hospitality.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in business management or related fields.
  • Pest control, industrial, or safety certifications.
