We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join our team at Sprague Pest Solutions. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in the pest control industry and driving business growth in the Fresno, CA area.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the operation and administration of the branch, including delegating tasks and covering pest control routes as needed.
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers, increase sales, and resolve any customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Supervise and mentor branch employees, oversee hiring, discipline, training, promotions, and scheduling to ensure a high-performing team.
- Monitor branch financial performance, set business objectives, and implement sales strategies to meet targets and drive revenue growth.
- Oversee and inspect work done by employees to ensure it meets company standards and quality expectations.
- A competitive salary of $75,000-$85,000 (DOE) plus an annual bonus plan.
- A take-home service vehicle with a gas card.
