Job Overview

Purelight Power is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Solar Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through effective lead management and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify and pursue new business leads, ensuring they align with our solar solutions and set appointments for senior team members to further discuss.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of communications and interactions with leads, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer care.
  • Collaborate with our sales and customer service teams to refine our lead management approach and optimize sales performance.
  • Participate in team-building activities and workshops to foster a cohesive team environment.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of a GED or higher.
  • Fluent English language skills; bilingual candidates will be given preference.
  • Superior reading and writing skills, ensuring clear communication and zero spelling errors.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience in the solar or related industry, although this is not essential.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience is a plus.
