Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our sales team. As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in identifying and qualifying leads, initiating engaging conversations with potential clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct cold outreach via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to initiate contact with prospects and introduce our products/services.
- Attend conferences to engage with industry peers and prospects, leveraging networking opportunities to close valuable sales leads.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to create and execute strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Develop and execute compelling product demonstrations to effectively convert prospects into loyal customers.
- Build a target prospect list of healthcare professionals and qualify leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Educate healthcare professionals on Nitra's offering and qualify leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and buying behavior.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of interactions, sales activities, and customer information using CRM software.
- Proven experience in cold calling potential clients/customers to generate leads and initiate sales conversations.
- 0 to 3 years of experience in sales, with a demonstrated ability to effectively engage in cold calling activities and drive lead conversion and sales growth.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a confident and professional demeanor.
- Self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and a desire to learn about the industry.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
