Sales Executive II

HMA is a leading health plan administrator in the Pacific Northwest, delivering customized health plans to medium to large-size employers. We offer a range of high-quality, affordable healthcare options supported by best-in-class customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Represent HMA by selling all lines of HMA business, including medical, dental, vision, and solution products.
- Develop and execute a long-term strategic plan to win business, including maintaining a top prospect list and sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain effective business relationships with producers and clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to ensure client satisfaction throughout the onboarding process.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and communicate complex ideas and negotiate all areas related to sales functions.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.
- 5-7+ years of sales experience required, with 5+ years in employee benefits.
- Proven record of accomplishment achieving sales goals and transitioning accounts.
- Ability to develop and execute a long-term strategic plan to win business.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to tailor content and presentation type by audience and setting.
