About the Role:

At Sprague Pest Solutions, we're seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join our team in Fresno, CA. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for leading a team of professionals in the pest control industry, driving new sales, and cultivating a strong sense of community and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the operation and administration of the branch, delegating tasks and occasionally covering pest control routes.
  • Establish relationships with customers, increase sales, and resolve any customer complaints.
  • Supervise and mentor branch employees, overseeing hiring, discipline, training, promotions, and scheduling.
  • Monitor branch financial performance, set business objectives, and implement sales strategies to meet those targets.
  • Oversee and inspect work done by employees to ensure it meets company standards.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • 2+ years' experience in managing people and business operations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Attention to detail and high standards of work quality.
  • Hunger for knowledge and professional development.
  • Competitive approach to both individual and team performance.

Nice to Have:

While not required, experience in pest management, customer service, retail, food service, or hospitality is a plus. Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in business management or related fields is also desirable. Pest control, industrial, or safety certifications are a bonus.

Salary Description:
