Job Title: Account Manager, Strategic Markets Sales

At Benco Dental, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our Strategic Markets Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining, expanding relationships, and growing opportunities within the mid-market segment of the dental industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve assigned sales goals and profitability goals within assigned national accounts and regional large accounts
  • Coordinate and facilitate semi-annual business reviews with mid-market regional groups with field territory representatives
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings
  • Plan and execute Benco Dental's strategic plan with customers
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts
Requirements:
  • Four-year college degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 5 years sales experience, or like experience in a business-to-business environment
  • Prior dental experience; special markets background/knowledge of special markets is preferred
  • Strong sales background
  • Negotiation and presentation skills
  • Communicates effectively with others
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software
