Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our EmployerCARE team. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships, lead strategic planning, and ensure client needs are met.

The primary responsibility of this role is to understand and satisfy client needs. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, be proactive in managing client relationships, and have a strong ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.

Key requirements for this role include:

  • Ability to build trust-based relationships with clients
  • Skilled at collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment
  • Great critical thinking skills and experience collecting and analyzing data
  • Attention to detail and ability to keep accurate records and account notes
  • Maintain updated knowledge of company products and services
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to proactively manage complaints
