Position: Territory Sales Executive

Location: Remote with Field Engagement

Talentry, LLC is seeking a motivated Territory Sales Executive to oversee the Eastern NC region. This role combines remote work with field client interactions, focusing on building and nurturing relationships while driving sales of medical supplies for a rapidly expanding national organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 80% of sales activities in the field and 20% remotely, ensuring a balanced approach to client engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to create and execute a strategic sales plan tailored to the territory.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and positioning our medical solutions as trusted resources.
  • Utilize existing territory revenue to maximize sales opportunities and achieve growth targets.

Qualifications:

  • 1-5 years of sales experience, particularly in outside sales; experience in the medical industry is highly advantageous.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

The base salary ranges from $50,000 to $64,500, based on experience. On-target earnings (OTE) for the first year are projected at $100,000, with potential for higher earnings in subsequent years due to uncapped commissions.
