About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Hays Recruitment. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and managing office supplies.
  • Handle expense reporting, create purchase requests and purchase orders, and manage car fleet activities.
  • Support the People and Culture team with various functions, including front desk support, mailing, carrier operations, and office supply maintenance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-4 years of experience as an office/admin manager.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR Operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive and able to work independently.
