Job Overview

We are a growing pet care company, North Raleigh Pet Nanny, seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring our daily operations run smoothly, managing various platforms, and supporting different departments to maintain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, record-keeping, and administrative support.
  • Maintain and oversee the use of Time to Pet for managing client relationships and scheduling.
  • Assist HR with recruitment tasks via JazzHR, including posting jobs, tracking applicants, and organizing interviews.
  • Create and distribute newsletters and email campaigns using MailChimp.
  • Manage email, calendars, and file organization through Google Business Suite.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Provide support for special projects, event planning, and team coordination.
  • Collaborate with Management and Team to improve administrative processes and workflow.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
  • Hands-on experience with Time to Pet, JazzHR, Gusto, MailChimp, QuickBooks, and Google Business Suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.
  • Experience in Pet Care Services, Veterinary Care Services or Pet Sitting Services.
  • Familiarity with Office Administration and Customer Service.
  • Basic knowledge of Computer Systems, Office Equipment and ability to work remotely.
