Position Requirements

We are in search of skilled TPMs at the consultant level and above, showcasing proven client-facing success across several of the following areas:

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver client services as part of an on-site or remote project team.
  • Oversee project management tasks.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal and client project team members, contributing to internal communications and readiness activities within the program team and with client groups.
  • Provide comprehensive status reports detailing progress, dependencies, issues, risks, and overall program health.
  • Maintain program sites as a centralized repository for all project-related information.
  • Contribute to the creation of high-quality and timely deliverables.
  • Conduct research and business analysis.
  • Assist in the coordination and development of client proposals.
  • Support practice, thought leadership, and professional development initiatives.

Consulting Skills

  • Deliver client services as part of an on-site or remote project team, defining the framework and structure of deliverables while managing the production of complex outputs.
  • Oversee the work, activities, and timelines for both themselves and their team, identifying priorities and workflows for stakeholders.
  • Utilize advanced methodological concepts to coach teammates in preparing client deliverables using tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Access, MS Project, and Visio, designing key deliverables for projects and supporting other consultants in their production.
  • Present complex ideas and critical points to team members and client contacts, including middle and top management.
  • Conduct both simple and complex research and business analysis to address customer business challenges, presenting unique, tailored solutions using quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Manage internal teams by fostering teamwork, motivating, and assisting consultants in their development.
  • Establish credibility with clients, capable of challenging existing approaches and providing innovative directions to enhance relationships.
  • Define project frameworks and organization, managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring follow-up on assignments.
  • Provide status reporting on progress, dependencies, issues, risks, and overall program health.
  • Lead work streams of complex projects and take charge of simpler projects.
  • Maintain program sites as a repository for all project information.

  • Support practice, thought leadership, and professional development activities across the firm.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of business concepts, issues, challenges, and key knowledge to master specific business expertise.
  • Deepen knowledge related to specific business challenges or issues within a sector and functional domain.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions in areas of expertise.
  • Take a leading role in internal knowledge-sharing activities, ensuring complete knowledge and competency transfer to other consultants.
  • Support the growth of Sia's U.S. financial services practice.

  • Independently write business proposals and presentations.
  • Identify, trace, and qualify business opportunities.
  • Communicate relevant information regarding new business activities and prospects to managers, teams, and business unit leaders.
