Apple is in search of a seasoned, entrepreneurial professional with a strong enthusiasm for expanding consumer subscription services. The Growth Marketing Acquisition Manager will play a pivotal role within a collaborative team, working alongside marketing, product development, engineering, data analytics, design, and business units to enhance visibility and attract new customers to Apple’s services and products through various applications and communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement acquisition and marketing strategies for Apple Services.
  • Enhance programs through A/B testing and formulate strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights.
  • Create owned channel strategies and initiatives across the Apple ecosystem to generate substantial awareness, discovery, and acquisition.
  • Establish cross-functional relationships and plans to enhance performance against significant metrics, emphasizing experimentation and optimization.
  • Collaborate with a diverse range of teams to define and execute projects as scheduled.

Minimum Qualifications:
5-8 years of experience in crafting unique acquisition strategies aimed at optimizing conversion, subscription, and revenue across platforms.
Strong comprehension of subscription and/or recurring revenue business models.
Extensive experience in conducting A/B testing and utilizing data-driven insights.
Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to manage projects, priorities, schedules, and deliverables.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, creativity in developing solutions, and resourcefulness.

Preferred Qualifications:
Strategic mindset with the capability to lead the development and cross-functional execution of effective marketing initiatives.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to deliver impactful presentations at all organizational levels.
Ability to work collaboratively under pressure, with experience in managing complex, international, large-scale, time-sensitive projects.
Consistently contribute positively in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and be willing to engage in various tasks as necessary.

Compensation & Benefits:
At Apple, base salary is just one component of our comprehensive compensation package, determined within a specified range. This structure allows for progression as you grow and develop in your role.
The base salary range for this position is between $137,100 and $206,700, depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become shareholders through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs, including eligibility for discretionary restricted stock unit awards and discounted stock purchases through the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
