The Growth Marketing Operations Team is essential in facilitating on-device communications and automated messaging for Apple's diverse media offerings, including Apple TV+, Music, Arcade, News+, Fitness+, App Store, and Apple One.

This team is dedicated to the design and implementation of in-app messaging that reaches millions of users worldwide across various services.


Apple is in search of a proactive and inquisitive individual who will manage and execute the daily operational tasks of growth marketing.

This position requires collaboration across multiple internal teams, including growth marketing, product development, and engineering, to create and launch multi-channel customer communications that enhance awareness and engagement with Apple's services and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and implement customer journeys, assessing product and strategic objectives, platform capabilities, and data requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively and communicate complex, large-scale projects to stakeholders, ensuring operational plans, deliverables, and risks are well-managed and aligned.
  • Monitor campaign performance to ensure operational integrity, identifying and reporting issues to internal teams.
  • Identify key opportunities for enhancing campaign performance, operational efficiency, and process improvements.
  • Create a knowledge repository of best practices and playbooks to serve as a reference and training resource.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, specifically in launching acquisition and engagement initiatives within innovative environments.
  • Proficiency with CRM or ESP platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Exact Target, Braze, or Oracle Responsys.
  • Strong logical reasoning and critical thinking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High attention to detail and organizational skills to deliver quality projects punctually.
  • Innovative mindset, proactive, resourceful, and capable of navigating ambiguity and obstacles.
  • Team-oriented approach with strong consideration for the impact on colleagues.
  • Familiarity with SQL language.

Compensation & Benefits:

At Apple, base pay is just one component of our total compensation package, which is determined within a range. This allows for growth and development within the role.

The base pay range for this position is between $133,800 and $222,800, with actual pay depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees have the opportunity to become shareholders through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs, including discretionary restricted stock unit awards and the ability to purchase Apple stock at a discount through the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
