Key Responsibilities

This role involves working collaboratively across different departments to design and execute customer journeys aimed at acquisition and engagement. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in customer journey orchestration and will be able to:

  • Develop, test, and implement customer journeys by evaluating product objectives, platform capabilities, and data requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively and communicate complex project details to stakeholders, ensuring operational plans and deliverables are aligned.
  • Monitor campaign performance to maintain operational integrity and proactively identify issues for resolution.
  • Spot opportunities for enhancing campaign performance, operational efficiency, and process improvements.
  • Create a knowledge repository of best practices and playbooks for reference and training purposes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, specifically in launching acquisition and engagement initiatives within innovative environments.
  • Familiarity with CRM or ESP platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or Oracle Responsys.
  • Strong logical reasoning and critical thinking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High attention to detail and organizational skills to deliver quality projects promptly.
  • Proactive and resourceful mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and overcome challenges.
  • Collaborative spirit with a strong consideration for the impact on team dynamics.
  • Experience with SQL language.
