We are seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to join our team at Apple. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing engagement and retention strategies for our consumer subscription businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing programs that drive customer engagement and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize marketing opportunities
  • Design and implement A/B testing and data-driven optimization strategies to improve marketing performance
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business, product, engineering, and analytics teams
  • Develop and maintain operational briefs to ensure flawless execution of campaigns
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience leading lifecycle marketing programs, ideally for a media platform or a consumer subscription business
  • Experience testing and optimizing marketing channels, including push notification, email, and in-app messaging marketing tactics
  • Strong project management capability with exceptional attention to detail
  • Deep understanding of A/B testing and data-driven optimization marketing
  • Ability to meet deadlines and get consensus while balancing multiple projects and priorities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Thorough understanding of integrating product, design, business, marketing, engineering, and stakeholder teams to clarify program goals, strategy, and execution
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate a strong point of view clearly and succinctly to both senior executives and individual contributors
  • Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills; ability to develop strong working partnerships
  • Ability to work collaboratively under pressure, with proven experience working on complex, international, large-scale, time-critical projects
