The Growth Marketing Acquisition Manager will play a pivotal role within a collaborative team, working alongside marketing, product, engineering, data analytics, design, and business sectors to enhance visibility and attract new customers to Apple services and products through our applications and diverse communication platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement acquisition and marketing strategies for Apple Services.
  • Enhance programs through A/B testing and formulate strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights.
  • Create owned channel strategies and initiatives across the Apple ecosystem to drive significant awareness, discovery, and acquisition.
  • Establish cross-functional relationships and plans to boost performance against key metrics, focusing on experimentation and optimization.
  • Collaborate with a wide range of teams to define and execute projects as scheduled.

Minimum Qualifications:
5-8 years of experience in developing unique acquisition strategies aimed at optimizing conversion, subscription, and revenue, both on and off-platform.
Strong comprehension of subscription and/or recurring revenue business models.
Extensive experience in conducting A/B testing and utilizing data-driven insights.
Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to manage projects, priorities, schedules, and deliverables.
Proven ability to solve problems, create innovative solutions, and demonstrate resourcefulness.
Exceptional communication skills with the capability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
Bachelor's Degree required.

Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrate a strategic mindset and the capacity to lead the development and cross-functional execution of effective marketing initiatives.
Strong communication abilities and the skill to deliver impactful presentations at all organizational levels.
Experience working collaboratively under pressure on complex, international, large-scale, time-sensitive projects.
Consistently contribute positively in a high-paced, constantly evolving environment and be willing to engage in any necessary tasks.

Compensation & Benefits:
At Apple, base pay is one component of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides opportunities for advancement as you grow and develop within your role. The base pay range for this position is between $137,100 and $206,700, with actual pay depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the chance to become shareholders through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards and can purchase Apple stock at a discount through the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
