Position Overview

The Orthopaedic Call Center Specialist serves as a vital representative for the Orthopaedic Institute of Henderson, L.L.P.. This role is crucial in establishing a positive and lasting impression for our organization. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following competencies:

  • Data Entry Skills: Strong attention to detail in managing patient information.
  • Experience in Orthopaedics: Familiarity with Orthopaedic practices and management software is advantageous.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact professionally with patients, families, and staff.
  • Deadline Orientation: Ability to work efficiently under pressure with minimal oversight.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Discretion and Judgment: High level of confidentiality and sound decision-making.
  • Educational Background: High School Diploma or equivalent; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Reliability: Consistent punctuality and dependability.

In this role, the Orthopaedic Call Center Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Delivering a warm and professional greeting to all callers.
  • Managing all call center operations, including answering and directing calls, checking voicemails, and returning patient calls.
  • Coordinating new patient appointments and handling follow-up requests for rescheduling or cancellations.
  • Creating and maintaining patient records and accounts.
  • Ensuring a welcoming and organized reception area for patients.

This is a full-time position with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
